MTN DATA THEFT

MTN feedback is pathetic, multiple complaints (with reference numbers) and each time only an sms is received - no outcome explanation. Issue resolves around data usage. Do not buy data bundles If you are on contract. They have a seemingly new rule that they do not use oldest (expiring first data) first but rather use your contacted data first. This leaves you with unused additional purchases data expiring first and in a situation where your contacted allocated data is depleted. I will not be buying data again. No MTN customer service was able to understand and explain this either until one final lady
