MTN DATA SIM - ROUTER COST **** ABOUT

I qualified for a data sim contract and got it and the consultant online on the phone said the router that Im going to use will cost me R600 - R700 but I found out when I went to Bellville to hear the router does not want to work the sim still had to be RICA. No one told me to Rica it and the router that I needed was over R2000 they even told me in Bellville MTN I qualified for the router when I did the sim only contract whilst the consultant said I didn't qualify. I want to cancell thiscontract with immediate effect but NOW Im told by the consultant today they must first investigate, I dont want you to investigate cancell my contract. I need MTN complaints department to phone me and help me too cancell this immediately. I dont want this lies I was given.
