MTN Data Sim (Month-to-month) is a dis-service.

Horrible Service. I paid for my data contract, got confirmation my data is loaded but never received data. I was told that they also misallocated my Jan premium to Feb.

I enquired twice in store, logged a support ticket but no action taken. it's mid-month already and nothing is being done. I tried calling and the service takes you in circles. They are offering a dis-service.
