MTN Data sim contract

Easy to sign a contract but very difficult to cancel. Today I was kept waiting on the line for more than 35minutes just to get settlement amount without success. I ended up paying what was shown at the MTN store Forest Hill. They keep you holding on the line for too long until you give up, maybe its their strategy to continue taking money from customers. My 24 months contract ended in June 2020 but they continued to debit my account even if I did not renew or extend it.I'm DONE with MTN
