MTN Data Share Services
MTN Data Share & Customer Care useless
I have been trying for weeks to activate an MTN Data share service. As advertised by MTN it is a service for which data can be shared with other MTN friends and family. Everytime I enter a number I get an error message and to please contact a customer care Centre.
Upon calling a customer care Centre I have been informed that this is a self service option and they cannot assist. All they can do is reset the service and I should try again.
What is the point of both data share and a customer care, and how if they both don't work?
Highly frustrating.
