Mtn Data share issues
Its been weeks now no one at mtn knows how to resolve my data share issue, including their technical department. I dont think they even bother to follow up and find solutions after numerous calls regarding the same issue. Prepaid depart. refers you to contract depart. and contract depart. says its prepaid issue, technical depart. as useless as both departments. Data share still not working contract to contract and contract to prepaid. I have restarted both phones as instructed still no joy, checked both sim cards shows the two numbers are linked on data share but no joy. Is there nobody at mtn that knows how to fix this?????

According to our records the Data Share is active on the number *** which is linked to ***. The sharing number *** however does not have a data bundle avialble to share.

According to our records the Data Share is active on the number *** which is linked to ***. The sharing number *** however does not have a data bundle avialble to share.

Kindly note that the linked Master number *** had no Data Share Active on the Network as activation had failed however we have now successfully activated the service. Please dial *136*5# to link the *** number.
