MTN data share does not work - NO help from MTN

Good day

I was looking for a single data contract whereby i could share data between my wife and i which are MTN contracts. I went into a MTN store and they advised that I should take out the Made for business Data S contract and i will be able to share the monthly 6GB data allocated between multiple MTN numbers.

I thought this is great, filled in the forms got everything aprroved and phone numbers linked and setup. However this is where the nightmare started.

THe data share does not work and up to today does not work. I have logged multiple calls with MTN REf number *** Ref number *** Ref number ***. After weeks of waiting and the service not working i get told that this package DOES NOT share data. My only options are to go back to the store and complain as i was advised incorrectly or log a complaint or migrate and take out another MTN package. Now i am sorry but MTN needs to sort this out as I went to the MTN store and they said this package is not incorrect and the MTN Head Office needs to sort this out. All the while i am paying for something that is not working the way it was sold to me.

I need this to be resolved in one of two ways. The contract either gets cancelled by MTN or they sort out the data share.
