MTN DATA *******

I have purchased an Internet bolt bundle for R40, this was the bundle for 1 day uncapped, I purchased this bundle on the 23Rd September at 19:50. After purchasing this bundle I had no joy of enjoying any downloaded content. The speeds were extremely slow and kept disconnecting. I have made numerous calls to the call center but to no avail. The only thing they could do was reset the line which didn't make a difference. I called again this morning (24 September) but they then said that the bundle had expired which I don't think is correct because I bought this bundle at 7:50 last night and upon activation using *142*5# it clearly states that bundle is valid for 24 hours upon activation. They said that the bundle is only valid for 1 day and will expired at 23:59 on the day of purchase which is totally WRONG! I have bought this sort of bundle before and it worked as stated (24 HOURS). Getting absolutely no joy and assistance from the call center I then purchased the same bundle from a prepaid sim card ( ********** 154) I'm still having the same problem. Speeds are reaching a max of 14kbs, mostly hovering around bytes per second not even kbs. I know I have reached the 150mb 'fair usage' limit but still these speeds are not supposed to be so this slow. I believe I have wasted my money purchasing the same bundle twice and still no joy. I am very irrate right now that MTN could not help me. I have many MTN contracts and its so sad to see how unhelpful MTN were. Now I'm sitting with 2 sim cards that have the same bundles loaded on them but do not work. I wasted my money and I think it's only fair that I get a refund because it was barely used not because of me but because the network was not working the way it should. I have spent a long time holding on to be assisted and got cut off many times while they were transferring me to the technical department. I sent an email to customer care and the coverage team but haven't received a reply from them. Don't think I'll be using them as my SP in the future. Really disappointed.
