MTN DATA PROBLEM

Data availability in the Bredell area has been highly erratic for months, with connections being made only at random times during the day. I can go down the road to a coffee shop and connect immediately, but this is not the way to work from home. I cannot find anywhere to report it as MTN always says that they have no problems. Can someone pls check the towers in this area.
