MTN Data Paid for and Not Credited to me. Apauling Service

I recently posted a review about MTN having purchased DATA online and it was not credited to me. So I see that MTN are very happy to take my money and not give me the DATA I paid for! This is shocking. And still, I cannot speak to anyone in a call centre and clearly no one monitors this platform either as no one has bothered to contact me.
