MTN data package issue

I have been having a problem with the packages i receive for the past 4 months, In December a consultant deceived me about a package and i ended up payed more money, i called from December till January no help, after that mtn change my package without my input, i called n reported that. They canceled came 14 feb i received help, spoke to Sphelele Gumede he also put me on a package i didn't sign up for so i hv to keep calling mtn for their faults, i was told to 1000 for a new package, when these sales consultants are selling the products they dnt tell you exactly wat you gonna receive ... Aneva.... Is this how mtn call center makes business??? You are ****ming us
