MTN data on Modem and Tablet ( Cell Number : *** [#***9])

<p>Good Day</p> <p>I have a Modem and Tablet that l took with MTN and when they bill, they say it's one account for both the numbers.</p> <p> </p> <p>So one of their agent's called me to say l am owing R1600 on the account and she could not say if it was for the modem or tablet but she said it was for data.</p> <p>Then l asked for the Data usage statistics and she said that she cannot provide me with that since the account is with the legal department and for me to get that data usage legal department will have to contact their retention department I then asked her to please log a call and l then waited forever.</p> <p>I then called the 808 number and l asked for the legal department e-mail address and l managed to get those details.</p> <p>I then e-mailed the cim_legal department Haniel Selwadi and Sibongile Zwane were the ones who were helping me then I asked for the data usage, monthly invoice and total amount owing on the account.</p> <p>Sibongile Zwane only rep**** with the owing amount of 1,886.66 ever since the I received the e-mail I have paid R 1500.</p> <p>Last week l spoken to an 808 agent by the of Fezeka and she my number is still active but blocked and mtn it still loading services on this blocked numbers for R149 every month then l asked how is that possible because the contracts for both numbers has expired and I have cancelled number from contract to prepaid and she said she does not know.</p> <p> </p> <p> I then sent an e-mail to legal finding out how much l was still owing then Sibongile Zwane responded with an owing amount of R 654.66.</p> <p> </p> <p>So my reason for this complain to MTNSA is because I am busy paying for something I do not get an invoice for, Data usage and l am expected paid every month which I feel is very unfair and why is the money owed keep increasing, can someone from there help me regarding this and I never take up any contract with MTN.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your service is cramp.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Mxolisi Motunane</p> <p>E-mail: ********** <p>Number: ********** 326</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
