MTN Data not received

I Loaded 3g of data from ABSA bank to my MTN number on 9 June 2020 around 9am, but it has still not been loaded onto my phone. I've tried calling multiple times but no answer. I logged 2 complaints, one on 10 June ref nr: *** and a second one on 15 June, ref nr: ***, no one has come back to me. This is unacceptable, you are *****ing my money.
