MTN DATA MISSING IN AIR

I called Mtn with query of missing data and was given a ticket number by the Service champion.Upon awaiting for their response i loaded a 1 gig data bundle and Lord behold it vanished into thin air.I called Mtn again and their famous excuse is that the Backround apps eats the data!This is absolute ******* because i told them that all the apps are restricted but they keep to what they taught about telling us about the backround apps being updating on their ownAs a customer we are not allowed to speak to a manager or supervisor as they do not speak to the public so we stuck with the Service Champions yet they do not know or understand certain questions aimed at them? MTN YOU ARE *****ING FROM US !!!!!!I AWAIT YOUR RESPONSE....THEN AGAIN MANAGEMENT DOESNT SPEAK TO US COMMON PEOPLE
