MTN data missing
I have been running out of data a lot earlier than normal and decided to track my data usage. Using the information from MTN's own website as well as my phone, I have used 8.23GB less than what has been deducted from my data balance by MTN. This is only over a period of 6 days... How does MTN get away with this? I have had to spend a fortune topping up data in previous months when in fact i should have had enough to last me if it weren't for MTN conveniently taking it away. I have emailed them but of course no feedback as yet even though i have also attached screengrabs as proof of usage from their own website

23 Apr 2019, 08:58I am now at 12.8GB missing data. MTN's response is that I wait until the 11th May when my billing cycle closes and only then can I log a query... This is after I have sent all the proof they need to fix the problem. In the meantime I have to load additional data myself which will not be refunded to me?
