MTN data ****ming

I have a bad experience with MTN every time I buy data I don't get to use it due to that their always of online everytime I lose my money and when I try to call customer care they don't pick up the phone up until my data expires without using it the third time this happens to me MTN service is very poor and they don't value us as customers, my name is Mpho Dlamini and my mobile number is *** please assist me on this matter it's really frustrating me I don't know what to do
