Mtn data issues from Mtn with no service at all.

In December 17 and Jan 18 for some reason after 5 years of good service my data was not given to me .

After hours of calling and going in to ther store iv have been told there is a back log ....

I have 3 reference number so and logged various emails with not even a single response . I have called the studied number over and over only to be put threw to the wrong department like 10 times.

So I have pausedy debit order.

With no contact I have not been receiving calls from a debt collecting agency .

Mtn cant.even call me once . But can pass me off to another company for debt .

Funny how iv given my evidence to this company and this morning. I revive a txt sayin the amount due is now 1000 rand Less..

Still I must pay 5k for a buy out option on an account I payed 450 a month too.

Even the people who work at Mtn say how bad is got .

Fed up and willing to go to court.
