MTN Data issues and exorbitant bill
I laid a complaint with MTN regarding my data and my exorbitant bill over the last 2 months. MTN sent me my data usage as an explanation.<br> The data usage explanation makes no sense as my query states I have not changed anything over the past 2 months and my usage and behavior patterns are exactly the same OVER THE YEARS. i want to know why and what changed in August and September for me to run out??<br> This is the first time i received a bill more than double my monthly bill for the 2 cellphone contracts i have under my name

Kindly be advised that this line is on an open MTN choice package, no usage limit has been set up. With the package you do receive 500MB free. The system reflect that you have utilized the data and used the SIM card further for internet usage.
The billing department has validate the usage and the billing is valid. We have sent the request to the billing department to contact and explain this for you.
If you require for the usage limit to be set up you may contact the 808 service centre to set the usage limit for you.
The previous month (July)'s usage was less.
Note if you request to cancel the contracts early termination fee will apply.
