MTN Data issues

We have been having data issues in Secunda for a while. I went to our local MTN store, and they said they are aware of the issue and that MTN is attending to the problem. However I have to complain in order for the fault to be dealt with earlier. Its actually sickening that I am paying for a service that head office refuses to fix in a timely matter. Its been more than a month with limited data connectivity.
