MTN Data issues

Hi,<br> <br> Will anyone be tending to my issue (MTN Coverage Issues [#***2])? It has been more than a week since anyone has been in contact and the problem persists! At this point it seems like less admin to change my number, contact all my contacts and have them all know why.<br> Most of my time spent on my phone is trying to get pages to load or things to update, and even though it doesn't load or update, it is STILL using data. Data that is QUITE EXPENSIVE I might add.<br> <br> I have been having coverage issues since February, i have sent emails, completed online forms, made phone calls and also posted on Facebook about my issue, and all i seem to get are reference numbers.
