MTN Data *****

Good Day,<br> <br> I am a loyal MTN Customer for the past 10 years now, never had any issues.<br> <br> How come my Monthly data usage spiked from an average of 1GB to 6 GB? I have used 1GB of data for the past 3 years and it has always been enough, now suddenly its not? And I can understand an extra 300-500mb of use but 4 GB extra? Are you kidding me?<br> <br> I have monitored when I phone someone on my minutes, if I talk for 5 minutes, 6.5 minutes gets deducted. <br> <br> So strange, when we heard of the fine you got in another country, my data charges seemed to have spiked the roof!<br> <br> Please don't expect me to believe the statement of its the new smart phones, I have been using the same phone for almost 2 years now, so that story wont work with me!<br> <br> Please explain to me, how my data usage spiked this month from an 24 month average of 1GB per month to 6GB per month? Same user, same sites....<br> <br> Something I have monitored: If I download an app of 55Mb, my data account depletes by 102Mb? So please explain to me, why you are *****ing from my account? <br> <br> If you continue doing this, you can consider me moving to another network, as I will not be exploited for your mishaps or whatever the case may be!!!
