MTN DATA EXPIRES WHY???
Why do our Data expires if us as Customers pay for it ???Contract and prepaid why???Its our Money but the Data you buy expires its Not right!!!!!Why is this Still Happening????When u asked the Sales People they said They still wait for Communication from MTN Head Office As well to know from when is the data not expiring!!!!Really MTN ???So much Users and still our Data expires Why??????Still our own Money what we work for and we legally pay For it????

Please note the below Terms and conditions on carry over rules for prepaid and post-paid numbers.
Prepaid: https://www.mtn.co.za/Pages/Termsandconditions.aspx?pageid=872 this link will explain the current carryover rules for data bundles on prepaid. E.g. if you buy a 1GB monthly data bundle on 8th April it will expire 1 month from date of purchase, however if you buy another 1GB monthly data bundle before 8th May the 1st bundle will carry over to the date of the new purchase. Post-paid: https://www.mtn.co.za/pages/termsandconditions.aspx this link is for post paid terms and conditions. Post paid data if not used carries over for two months and this rule does not apply to any promotional data. Rest assured it is not our intention to displease you. 10 Apr 2019, 16:36Still the answer you gave me as a customer is still not a valid one .Its The Customers money you taken for Data and on the end you let the data depletes after a month.If i dont use all my salary for a month pay my company cant take the rest back because i didnt use it????
