MTN Data Disappearance

<p>Yesterday late afternoon, I bought R99 airtime to buy MTN 2GB weekly data, which I did. After loading the bundle I checked my balance and it reflected that 2GB was loaded, however I did not receive an sms. I continued about my data usage. This morning i went online and suddely saw that an app was not loading when I checked my balance it reflected R0 airtime and 0MB data. I then called the Mtn call center to enquire where my data went. The call center agent informed me that my data was not loaded and that my airtime was used and depleted. I told her that I had checked after purchasing and the 2GB had been loaded. She said she couldn't help me and I then asked for a manager. She kept me on hold for the manager and came back and said no manager was available and that I should produce proof that the data was loaded. OBVIOUSLY I hadn't taken a screenshot of the balance after loading the data so now I am left without any retributuion. I told that agent that the proof is in my normal usage in that EVERYTIME when I buy R99 or R100 airtime I buy that 2GB data. She did not want to hear it. When I reminded her that I actually wanted to speak to a manager she said no manager was available and/or willing to talk to me.</p>
