MTN Data Disappear - DO NOT USE MTN!!

I bought the MTN sim card to use in my wifi ****le and charged it with R60, converted the R60 to data and it was 350MB. I tested it, and it worked fine. I then used my banking app to load 1GB (30day) directly onto the number. I received messages saying it's been activated and expires 12 June 2020. I used roughly 140MB testing it again. Switched my ****le off. 2 days later I switched the ****le on and my 1GB is gone. Only received a sms when I switched my ****le on which said your bundle is finished. It is astonishing how company as big as MTN can just get away with literally *****ing a person's money. I have 3x 24 month contracts ending separate dates and I will never EVER use MTN again. I would also advise any person thinking about using MTN to seriously rethink it. It's an absolute disgrace.
