MTN data deal package not delivered
I have never seen such a incompetence and disprepect from MTN SA. I bought a data deal its over 15 days and no deliver to date. This is worst and **** service ever I am experiencing with these guys. No respect to clients. I mean what is the hold up, no updates from their side, you call in and still your matters doesnt recive attention at all.

21 Nov 2024, 16:30Another day has gone by nothing from MTN SA. I still remeber the day we were subscribing they made us pay for two months in advance and 16th day nothing coming forward. I mean how bad can this be. MTN you such an embarrassment and your whole distrbution chain is a wack. I will never recommend MTN to anyone. I will write here as long my parcel is not yet delivered. The fact that I have already cancelled my previous provider and wait for such a long time with no connections is absurd, SHAME ON YOU MTN
