MTN Data Deal is a ****. I'm very disappointed and unhappy.

@MTN I see your debit order was declined. First of all. I want to know why MTN is trying to debit me R978.7.The plan I took is for R399.00 p/m. On the 28th of April 2023 when I took this Deal I paid R478.80, of which the consultant said the extra amount was for the remaining days of April plus the upfront payment for May 2023. Then it took almost an entire month for the item to get to me and an extra week to be activated and working. So basically I've only used this service/ item for like a week. Therefore. I would like to know why mtn is trying to charge me R978.7?
