MTN data, customer service and poor Merchandise.

Absolutely DISGUSTED and FURIOUS with MTN in general. I am with them for 5Years. I pay R1000 for my contract a month. This morning I bought 1 GB data at about 11am. MTN had sent me a message at 7pm saying my data is depleted. I barely used my phone today yet my data did not even last 24 hours!! This phone (note 8) was just upgraded In November and the battery life doesn't even last for 24hrs, I spend 5hours on my phone on and off max!! So disappointed and frustrated!!! Called customer service. No one could help me, just a whole lot of excuses!!!
