MTN Data Coverage Non Existent.

I have been having issues with the mtn data coverage in the area were I work. There is absolutely no data coverage from the cell tower I connect to. I have reported and logged a call (ref ***) regarding this issue. After numerous follow ups (5/6) I keep getting a standard response that the technician onsite will call me with feedback. No surprises I have never received any calls from anyone for a week. As I drive 2km away from work I connect to another tower and all my data messages comes through. The most pathetic customer service I have ever received from any service provider. Very disappointed that I just renewed my contract with them.
