MTN Data contract off AGAIN

MTN Data is more off than on. We signed a data contract for 20 gig. But now it ends up that we need to buy desperate data because they have network problems. It is not getting better. Maybe better to cancel and go to another provider? Customer service is terrible. Can't even get reference numbers for all the calls made.
