MTN DATA CONTRACT HORROR

I regret the day i app**** for data contract from this **** company. i have called them a million times to cancel the contract and i am not getting any assistance. I have lost their data sim and i called to cancel the contract as i am not using the data. their consultant ASHLEY Pillay said they will send me a new Sim card and i will get a better data offer. that was in December 2022, we are in April 2023 now and i NEVER RECEIVED that data sim. i am debited every month for DATA that i am not using, and they said the contract will continue until 2025. They are aware that i am not getting the data but they still expect me to pay.
