MTN data contract

I am really disappointed at how mtn works when it comes to their contracts.

I had a data contract which expired on the 7th of January 2022. I received a call telling me this and they asked if I wanted to renew it, and I rejected the renewal offer.

Come February I was still charged, when I went to Carnival mall mtn store the sales people didn’t even care to explain they just said I must call 135 number. I called the number I spoke to a rep from mtn and they said they will cancel it. To my surprise mtn still deducted money in my account this month.
