MTN Data Contract

I got a MTN contract with a service provider Mondo, the contract was R199 FOR 5GB anytime & 5GB night time per month with a Once-Off R15000 - Checkers Voucher. I got the simcard in December 2020 via courier and I ask the coerier guy where is the Voucher and he said there is No Voucher included. I made contact with both Mondo and MTN failure of no success to get the Voucher. So I decided not to use the Data and stopped the Debit Order up until I received the Voucher. Only to find out I was handed over to Debt Collections for the those months I did not paid and now I have appear in court. I mean the Service Provider failure to comply the product/services now look we I ended up for a contract. MTN is a disgrace really
