Mtn Data Contract

Signed up for contract and have not received what I signed up for. Tried calling the consultant on numerous occasions to no avail. It's absolutely ridiculous to be continuously trying to resolve this issue that's no fault of my own. There is absolutely no communication from the consultant regarding my query. The store is based on the cinema level at the Pavilion shopping centre in Westville. The consultants name is Dezreen. Absolutely pathetic service in times where big corporates like Mtn should be doing their very best to hold on to existing customers. I'm not being unreasonable in any way, I'm only asking for my contract agreement to be fulfilled.
