MTN DATA CONTRACT ****!!!
MTN is literally the worst, a biggest ****!!! To be exact. I took a data contract for R199 monthly, that was a mandate we agreed on, however they deduct R395 monthly for that data. When I enquire they don't give reasonable explainations. They also delay sending debit orders so that they can take more from you and claim it was a late payment. I regret why I even took a data contract with them.

25 Oct 2025, 13:28Mind you the guy who was helping said the R398 is not a monthly payment but it a maximum payment they can take in case if late payment. October payment was not late when I called the bank they said that's not true the R398 on the debit order mandate is exactly the amount of money MTN is going to take monthly, it got nothing to do with late payments. So basically, their **** to me and they are now overcharging me.
