mtn data complaint

i have a contract with mtn for 200 gig route for 299 monthly.my router sim number ***. last month i was shocked to realize that i have ran out of data after 15 days of using it. i then called mtn to check where did my data go. i was given ref *** by a consultant telephonically and was told that i will be sent a record for that month even today im still waiting.'im very disappointed
