MTN DATA CHARGES ON CONTRACT

Since Feb 2015 I have been billed from MTN on some PACKET SWITCH DATA CALLS for amounts that they claim I have overspent, been in and out of store, call center 808, email numerous times and the only response after 3 months of over billing is to say its data that I have used, pathetic as I still have data running and this was shown to consultant in store. Now I have been suspended with notice to cancel contract as I refuse to pay these high billing charges, I WONT PAY UNTIL SOMEONE CAN CLEAR THIS PATHETIC SERVICE MATTER <br> !!!

We apologise for the delayed response and for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Packet switch data calls is data usage charged over and above you provisioned monthly data bundle. Also note that this is charged at an out of bundle rate. We have also noted that the charges were validated and found to be correct.
