MTN data bundle not received

I bought the MTN 30GB data bundle for 30 days for R299 using cell phone banking, and no data was loaded on my router. I have called MTN the whole day only to be answered by a robot, Can someone get back to me regarding this issue as i cant just lose my money like that.
