MTN Data bought on App did not arrive to phone

Bought data on App - and it never came through to my phone. I went into an MN store and they were able to load a new batch for me, which I paid for again.

There was no History section on the new App for us to find the one I had just bought the day before.

I require to be reimbursed for this.
