MTN Data available but can't use it.

My contract line stoped connecting on the internet while still have massive Data, but when i buy my own Data that didn't comd with a contract everything works fine. I lodged the the complain on Thursday the 26th August 2021, and was told that the issue is under investigation and will take 24hrs to be resolved till to date i have been calling them everyday with no help. As much as MTN knows how frustrating it is not to have internet while paying them full amount, they should have responded immediately. Now i know tomorrow they will debit my account and i will reverse the payment.
