Mtn data allocation

My Data allocation this month is not correct. I have logged the discrepancy. Have various reference numbers. Get SMS's and emails now stating queries have been closed and wanting customer feedback. Call centre agents keep mentioning old and new system. I am nearly halfway through a two year contract and this month I am having problems.

The expiry dates don't change. I can't use my data.
