MTN data & airtime always vanishin & no explanation from them

MTN is the worse network ever.data & airtime constantly vanishes wen contact call centre is same...system not updated so they cant tell u on wot was used bt jus that it was used.fb page no help either if they bother to reply they send u standars reply to inbox them wit name,id etc & explanation of problem.wit 1 incident i sent all that even provided exact date & times.but they didnt reply or answer how 1gig of data was used in less then 20mins & background data off,only wnt on to fb lite for less than 10mins....most recent incident they didnt inform customers & allowed us to buy data knowing we wont be able to.use it.i bought night time bundle that must be used btwn 12am & 6am.network was down until after 2 & i cant sit awake waitin to use bundle.wen it expired at 6 i was still had 183mb left,i called in & operator told me why it reflects bt i cudnt use it is bcos it was carried over till nxt mornin 12am to 6am.data i left off whole day till after 12 wen i wanted to use data bal it was gone....
