Mtn Data

On 30-05-2022 I accidentally purchased a R29 data voucher instead of an Airtime voucher,I only realised my mistake after loading it.my phone doesn't use Mtn data so I called "service champion" who in short told me it was my loss as there was nothing I could be assisted with,and the data could not be transferred to anyone. If it's my loss then why should mtn gain from it? ...I asked to speak to "service champion manager" ..till today I'm still waiting for that call,or they waiting for my voucher to expire first !.I will be Glade to port to a service provider that still has customers interests at heart!
