<p>hallo i had buy data form mtn twich yestarday 1.500BM and 2.300 Bm when woke up this monring i am left 124.05Bm how is that possebil to happend with me out using the phone just of whatsapp at that time pleas help i made of how people testing my in s****s of my phone have 5 mothes and the same happend 2 year basck .</p>

Please be advised that we have gone through the billing call data records, from the 300MB Once-off Internet Bundle + 75MB Promotional Data that was loaded on 2017-03-28 (238.73MB was depleted on active data sessions on 2017-03-28 at 23:00:54). Should you require a detailed report of the usage kindly contact customer care on 808 on the 2017-04-24 for the data usage to be validated once the invoice dated 2017-04-20 is finalized.
Rest assured it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
