MTN DAMAGED MY PHONE
In the beginning of February, I went to upgrade my contract. I selected the Samsung Galaxy Note5 IMEI ***. Thumi Tsholo assisted me and I was very impressed with his level of service. However, I currently have a Samsung s4 mini and the S4 mini phone takes a mini sim card. Because I went from a Samsung s3, I know that we had to cut the sim card because MTN didn't have the new mini sim card available even though it was needed but the sales staff did advise me to cut it.<br> When Thumi gave me the Galaxy note, I specifically asked him if I needed a new sim card or if I could use the existing sim card from my S4 mini. He stated that I could use the same sim card from my S4 mini. The reason I asked this question was because I was short on time and wanted to buy the sim card immediately if I needed a new one. So at this point, my knowledge of sim cards is that you have a normal sim card and a mini sim card and the galaxy note takes a mini sim card because Thumi said I could use the same sim card. Thumi explained to me that the phone didn't have a battery and that I should use the phone as is for now and not recharge it until the phone was flat. He then also explained that I shou
