MTN Dainfern Square worst service ever

I had checked for a contract for a while as my phone was due for a upgrade. I phoned around and the only branch that had stock available was MTN Daifern square. Since it was the end of Black Friday i rushed there to get my device upgraded. Yolanda who is the assistant there was very helpful. She said that her system was offline ad she couldnt progress with my upgrade. She called the GM who is Suvan who was extremely rude on the phone and instead of helping me, he said i must go to another branch. Yolada was the only 1 working there at the time i got in. Zintle who is 1 of the other consultants walks in just before they close and she was already ready to pack up. She also speaks to Suvan and while im still standing there, she asks him, what time did i come in. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and even if i had come in at 16:59 before they close, they are still obligated to assist me. the service is not great at all and they need new staff that will treat their customers fairly ad properly. I wouldnt go to their branch ever again.
