Mtn da gama jeffreysbay - worst service and quality

Terrible experience with this store and their staff, so far that I needed to get legal assistance. Received a new phone and a month later broken. Store unable to provide me with any feedback and still dont know when I will get the phone back. R1500 that I needed to spend to buy a phone because still I have not got a phone yet that broke after a month. Mtn to reinburse for this expense. Will I ever see my phone again that I bought?
