I am so unhappy with the service I’m getting from such a well trusted brand

I’ve been using The MTN month to month router for some time now. Payment method is debit order I however pay cash as and when On march the 1st I was shocked to have no internet access because my account has been suspended to to failure to pay need less to say I cancelled the product since what the explanation I was given was nonsense ive been waiting for my refund and nothing Now when I call I can’t get through like my number (mtn connect to the router ) has been disconnected

I just need my refund so we can part ways. This is madness
