MTN

i am unhappy with MTN I cancelled my phone insurance the end of feb or the start of march i was told it was cancel when i check they were still taking off for the insurance whereas i asked them to cancel it for me i called in to the insurance departmen spoke to a lady she said she will check for me if it is cancelledand if it isnt they will cancel it for me and send me a email to say that confirm that it has been cancel i called in last month they still taking my money for the insurance i even have proof that i cancelled it no one got back to me and im not happy at all with MTN
