MTN *****

I have been a problem with MTN SP I received a *****ulent debit order mandate on my banking on the 10th and 25th of August on my FNB BANKING APP I rejected it and i went an MTN Store near me they told me that they don't do anything with regards to ***** I was given *** as the number I should call and REF:*** was provided and they said it has been cancelled on the 25th of August i received an another mandate for R3,477 and i went to MTN Store again they told me there is nothing under my ID Number today on the 03rd of October 2023 a debit order of R2,768-02 was deducted when i called *** and only today i was told the send my ID and Affidavit Call REF:***.

HOW DID THE DEBIT ORDER END-UP GOING OFF FROM MY ACCOUNT AFTER ALL THIS????
