MTN Cyber Monday Deal
<p>I contacted MTN around 4:15pm on Monday 28 November for their Cyber Monday deal</p> <p>This fact can easily be verified from my calls logs has i used my MTN mobile number to contact the call centre.</p> <p> </p> <p>After holding for 30mins i a finally got through to a consultant and informed him I want to sign up for the Cyber Monday deal after which he said please hold and put me back on hold for some time after which the my call was disconnected. </p> <p> </p> <p>When i attempted to call back I was greeted with a message to say the MTN call centre was closed.</p> <p>Really disappointed in MTN service since I have been a customer of theirs for several years. </p> <p> </p>
